Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system problems.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Monitor and maintain company network and internet connectivity.
• Perform system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Support email configuration and office applications.
• Assist users remotely and on-site for technical issues.
• Configure and maintain IP address, firewall, and network devices.
• Support scanner, printer, and shared folder configurations.
• Prepare IT equipment for new employees.
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory records.
• Coordinate with vendors and external support when necessary.
• Ensure IT systems operate smoothly with minimal downtime.
• Support meeting room systems, CCTV, and office IT infrastructure.
